The lady at the desk only told me to buy one lock and then I got to my unit and there were 2 doors requiring a lock so I had to leave all of my things insecure while i went and purchased a new lock.

I’ve been a customer for Tellus storage in Spanish Fort now for 5+ years. I needed a place to store my company trailer and a couple of personal trailers since I live in an HOA subdivision that doesn’t allow any trailer parking. I first rented one outdoor slot and realized pretty quick that having this space was so nice so I rented the one next to mine as well to park whatever I needed to and keep my home property clutter to a minimum. I recently rented one of the indoor RV slots so I can store project vehicles while they are being worked on and now I’m able to park cars in my garage again after moving a lot of my things I don’t use very often to enclosed storage. The facility is gated and has a unique code for each person so it is very secure. The manager of the facility is amazing and she has been so great to work with to fulfill my storage needs. Thank you! 🇺🇸

Rented a unit 2-3 months ago. Normal unit. 89.00 a month. I get a notice today that all units will be adjusted. 178 a month. So. Just be ready to repack your stuff after 2-3 months. Or pay a significant amount to stay. I’m done. Be careful. They didn’t say it was a promotion. Who charges 89.00. Then. For a 10x - 10. Goes up to 178.00. In 3 months. No one charges that for a small unit. This is a scam people. Run. Don’t walk.

Excellent customer service. Caitlyn was very patient in explaining the different size units and pricing. Gave me options and allowed me to view a unit before renting. Highly recommend this location for friendly, customer service and keeping you informed when a unit opens up for rental.

Love this location! The property manager Caitlin has been a blessing and a huge help with renting out my unit. She was quick, informative, and sweet as could be. My experience gave me peace of mind even amidst a chaotic moving moment! Highly recommended
