Tina was Fantastic

The whole process was easy and Tina was Fantastic. She explained everything answered all my questions and make the whole process easy and enjoyable. I give her 5 stars. I give the company 4 stars because it was never disclosed there was a $25 admin fee. I would give them 3 stars. That is a rookie mistake. Tina brought them up 1 star.

Perfect!

We came from Wisconsin and needed some storage space until our construction is done. Tina was fantastic! Even saved us some money. Convenient, easy to exit and enter, good hours, and easy to find. Would recommend!

I've been here for quite some time now and if it wasn't for Tina m. I would of lost my things dear to my heart she is outstanding going out of her way to help the customer in anyway possible...thank you Tina your awesome

The facility was exactly what I needed and Tina, the on site manager, made the process of moving in and out easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend using this facility not only for their great employee Tina but, the 24 hour security cameras, well kept grounds, and easy access, as well. I would rent again if needed.

I'm giving this storage facility 5 stars because they have Tina. Without her, customer service lacked extensively. Tina has a knack for taking care of individual customer needs while being loyal to those that employ her. Life would be 10 times better for everyone if people would learn from Tina. I get nothing extra for voicing my opinion and stand by what I've said.
