I would like to give Jalia a good customer service review. She was very friendly and kind and informed me on some very helpful information. I hope she stays with the company for a while. I’ve been at the Gilbert location for quite some time now and haven’t yet received great and helpful information pretty much since I’ve moved my belongs In.

This location is absolutely perfect for a storage facility! It’s easily accessible, very clean, and well managed! The deal was sealed when my daughter and I walked in and was greeted with such a wonderful smile and welcome by the manager! Paula (manager) is such a joy to engage with during the sign up process, and with any inquiries! She knows the facility like the back of her hand! Her patience in showing spaces is admirable and a definite deciding factor for us, with doing business at this location! We wanted to see the spaces and decide which is fitting for us in regard to distance from exits, and more. We never felt rushed or unappreciated. Paula made the entire process of leasing a storage space quite easy and enjoyable! She is very kind, personable, accommodating, and professional! In fact, we decided to rent two spaces because of the experience with her, along with deciding that it would be a great choice for our needs. It is clear that Paula is very grateful to be employed with Public Storage, as she spoke very highly of the reliability of pristine and secure buildings they represent, along with the overall high quality that comes along with such an established nationwide company! Paula’s excellent representation and leadership performance was a perfect match for a phenomenal customer service experience! What a GREAT choice to have Paula as a management team member for Public Storage! She is perfect to be on the frontline of business for customer interactions that lead to HAPPY CLIENTS! Paula would be a SMART choice to grow with this company and excel with any upper management or regional roles, on the frontline or in the background, as she portrays what it takes to not only be a leader; yet to also be a part of the company’s leadership/higher management team to ensure Public Storage continues to be represented with pride and continues to be NUMBER ONE!

Great spot for sure, Khyleigh was super helpful and efficient( even with me messing up the online form,lol). I was all signed up and loading up my stuff in the storage in 20min. Great process and people here.

Went in today (9-4-25) to get a larger storage unit and was assisted very professionally and cheerfully by Debbie (a floater -- the normal attendant had a day off). She showed me two units and banged out the paperwork in short order. Explained some things that needed explaining, wrote down all the new numbers for me, and bade me a good day. Nice facility and helpful staff.
