I made my reservation online and when I got there Nikki was so welcoming and completely ready to take me out to look at the unit I held online. The unit was having trouble with the lock so she offered me the next size up at the same price that I had originally reserved! The grounds are well kept and it is a great location in town. They offer a big selection of unit sizes plus the pricing is very affordable as well! Everything is done right in the office from rental fees, locks and even insurance to protect your belongings, it's really convenient! Nikki took the time and answered all of my questions and was super friendly and all around wonderful to work with! I'm very happy with my decision to rent a unit here.

I had a unit there for a few years. Granted it was an indoor unit but by the end of my time with them the price was up to almost 400 dollars monthly when it started around 100. They WILL raise the price on you whenever they want. I had been there for YEARS never missed a payment and went through a financial emergency and they would NOT work with me AT ALL. I needed to pay like a week late and they wanted that late fee no questions asked and 0 empathy and quite rude.There are nails EVERYWHERE so be careful when you're driving through to the units. They should be walking around and picking them up weekly. Very glad to be put of that place. Wouldn't use them again unless I had no other option.

Very clean . Easy to rent online and also went in office the day before to make sure everything was in order for my move into the storage unit took less that 2 minutes an the guy in the office was very kind and helpful.
