I had an amazing experience at this location! From the moment I walked in, Jessica, Shania, and Gina were incredibly welcoming and professional. They made the entire process quick and stress-free, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect storage unit for my needs. It’s genuinely disappointing that I have to write this review this way. Phone calls are not answered. Voicemails are not returned. Getting help when you actually need it feels nearly impossible. Yet somehow, if you’re five minutes past closing and don’t pay their $30 fee, you can expect a phone call promptly the very next morning. That level of responsiveness suddenly appears when it benefits them—and that’s frankly audacious. I wanted to have a neutral or even positive experience, but the lack of communication and customer service makes that impossible to recommend. To make matters worse one of the units they gave me has a crumbling pillar so it looks like the building is going to collapse with all my stuff inside. Still no phone call back about that but they made sure I know I can't leave at 9:12 pm when they close at 9 pm. Zero stars.
