Staff is great. Facility needs to be clean. Elevators were dirty. Carts are broken.

I think this facility could use some cleaning up. I came from another storage unit that was pleasantly clean. The elevators were filthy & dirty. Stains on floors. Carts had to be checked out & were chipped & broken. Staff was great!!

everyone was courteous and helpful. The price is much better than I have found elsewhere I wish there was lighting in my space. I have trouble finding some of my small items that are stored in boxes.

We had an issue with our unit and needed to be moved to a different unit. Kristina was very undetstanding, patient and professional with us and got us moved. Kristina showed great customer service, so much so that we are considering moving our other storage unit that we have with another company to Public Storage. Great job Kristina!

I don’t know how they have 4.5 starts but I’ll tell you now, if you were desperate like me. Go for it, but if you can do better. Do it. Cause you’ll soon regret it. They say it’s the area … but I regret this storage. Sincerely. You have to leave identification for carts that supposed to be available to customers without you holding our identification. That’s weird. Then they close and open WHEN ever they want to … First couple days in I had a leak and had to move spaces. And yes damage was done …

MJ was awesome. She was very professional. She greeted everyone that walked through the door. She did apologize for not being able to walk me to my unit because it had gotten busy, but did explain to me where to go, to the best of her ability. And I was able to find my unit with no problems.
