I'm A Repeat Customer
I can only speak for the Public Storage location at 3906 E. Ray Rd. in Ahwatukee, but this is the second time we've used them and I will definitely come back again in the future. The people at the front desk are friendly, professional and very helpful. This time we had a smaller outside unit and the previous time we used a large indoor climate controlled unit. On both occasions, the storage units have been clean with no maintenance issues at all. The property has always seemed secure and the automatic gate always worked. We appreciate knowing our belongings are safe here.

Great quick customer service!
I had reserved a storage unit online and was just starting to add it to my calendar when the customer rep currently on duty called me to confirm my reservation. She called me within two minutes of my making the reservation. I told her I appreciated that level of service and attention. I don't think I have had that level of response from any type of business in a very long time.

Another Great Place
The Public Storage complex on Alma School Rd. is a Great place to store your belongings, either short term or long term. The People working there are very helpful, they will direct yo to the size unit you need. They will answer all your questions and if you have any questions after you move in they will always be there to take care of you. It's almost like being treated like Family. The area is well kept, and security cameras all over. Feel safe to store your belongings at this place.
