Okay - so the moving process in itself is a pain in the butt. However, this was one of the easiest parts of moving. Called about the availability of units and possible rates. The rep Jacob was helpful and was able to answer all my questions. It helps to have someone that is knowledgeable and can be direct with answers.

The folks who left positive reviews either (1) work for the company or (2) have so much money they don’t mind getting screwed. Yes, the facility is decent, although the single bathroom often is dirty and the two carts are woefully insufficient for the number of units. The problem is that the company knows it’s a pain to move everything out, so once you’re in they jack up the rates very quickly, very significantly, and very often. We recently discovered that we were paying $375 monthly for a unit Public Storage advertises has a $203 “standard rate.” And we were lucky. When telling some friends about this, they looked and discovered that they’ve been paying $675 monthly for a unit with a “standard rate” of a third that amount. We’ve moved out and our friends are moving out. If you have unlimited money and enjoy being screwed, I suppose Public Storage is ok for you. Otherwise, put your stuff somewhere else.

Public Storage is absolutely official like tissue‼️ Karen in particular was extremely helpful and kind. Wish every business had people like her (Karen) Her customer service was absolutely priceless.

Recently switched storage units to this Public Storage location. The reservation, registration, and move-in process was very smooth and done mostly online with a brief phone call to complete. Denise was very nice and helpful getting me into the specific unit and day/time that was best for my schedule. Unit was ready, access codes activated, and the unit was clean. Property seems well maintained and location is convenient for me. Great experience so far!

Went in to look at a storage unit the girl you have behind the counter was very informative and helpful, I believe her name was Denise
