My husband passed. He paid all our bills. The storage unit went all the way to 860 for 2 small units. I called and explained that with his passing I didn’t realize it wasn’t being paid and if they could work with me on the price so we could remove our items. Not only did they not care, but Dale the owner/manager did not care to work with me at all. I spoke with their corporate office and they said it’s a franchise so up to the individual office and they can give discounts. Right now in a time when people are going hungry and struggling we need kindness and empathy. This is a horrible place. I have a social following of over 300k I will be sharing this experience. I can’t believe this place has zero compassion.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT put your valuables with this huckster. Shady. Oh and from what I saw this unit started at 100 and it’s now at 200 a month. It just keeps going up and up. It’s Netflix in human form.
