I recently had the opportunity to visit Public Storage, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Nica, a truly beautiful and kind woman who went above and beyond to assist me. Her warm demeanor and willingness to help made the process of renting a storage unit so much smoother than I anticipated. Nica took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the options available to me. Her knowledge and professionalism were impressive, and I appreciated her patience as I made my decisions. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the customers and their needs. Overall, I highly recommend Public Storage, and I am grateful for the excellent service I received from Nica. Thank you for making my experience a positive one!

It’s the first time I’ve rented a storage space because I’m moving. Chas was FANTASTIC! She walked me through my options, and was very patient. Super friendly!!! I even ended up saving myself a trip to another store and buying some very reasonably priced boxes for my move. The place was clean, and compared to a few storage places I’d visited, this was easily the best! I got everything done in less than 15 minutes, and am incredibly satisfied with the service and place itself. THANK YOU CHAS!!!

Great customer service! Been renting out of storage unit for over a year and had an issue with the ceiling and they moved me over to a new rental unit right away no issues or questions asked. The place is clean and safe and centrally located. The manager Nica, so sorry if I’m spelling it wrong was wonderful as well!

Thought it would be a headache to get a unit, but it was extremely easy! Chas was helpful and nice, she was training a new hire, Robyn, who was very kind, helpful, and seemed like she knew what she was doing already! Happy with the service and how welcoming it was!

Had a small issue, immediately resolved with an upgrade. Beyond helpful staff, I'm sorry I do not know their names. But two ladies were helpful in resolving the issue, sending out emails and making sure that everything was correct. This is Tucson, and for me this was kind of odd. I honestly don't think I have ever had such "Concierge like" service from a business in Tucson that mirrors theirs. I am very satisfied with the location, price and quality of care. I DO NOT write reviews often.
