Anjanette provides exceptional service. I have 2 units at this location. One for a vehicle and another for surplus furniture. Anjanette has come to my rescue a couple of times when I needed to change reservations last minute.

I love the people who work here. They are always so responsive and very family-like in their interactions. Mayette has worked there for so long and she has always been so professional and kind. I remember when I was looking for a storage facility. I interacted with many other facilities in the area but I immediately could feel and tell that this is a facility that cares. I ended up choosing Aliso Viejo Self Storage and do not regret my decision. Not only was Mayette super great but so is KrisAnn (not sure if im spelling their names right). I know that they have very little openings but I can see why, it's because they treat their customers well and are very endearing to all. I no longer needed a storage unit and had to close mine but it was actually very sad to leave. It felt like I was leaving a family. Hoping that they all take care.
