Public Storage - Arcadia - 12340 Lower Azusa Road

I started off in Monrovia's Public Storage because I already had a storage unit there but when I was told that I couldn't be prorated, and that I would have to pay the whole cost, if I needed a bigger storage unit. I felt that I was not being handle fairly. However, I was sent over to the Public Storage in Arcadia. Tehya KNEW HER STUFF!!!! She took out time with me and explained everything in detail to me. Although, I ended up with two separate storage units at two different sites. It was worth it because she was nice and she was willing to bend over backwards for the service. She has a great attitude and she keeps the grounds very clean there. I was very tired that day and she was what I needed. I got my storage unit with a smile. Thanks, Tehya!

Great service at this Public Storage. I made reservations to rent for my mother, both Sandra and Tehya were extremely helpful and patient in explaining the rental process for my mother. I don't normally write reviews, but felt very strongly on the great service I got from both of them, especially when customer service in today's day an age is a lost practice.
