Public Storage - Azusa - 791 S Azusa Ave

Everything at this location is fine except the the lighting. I noticed lighting in certain rows but unfortunately the row that I've been assigned to has lighting that does not work. With the time change, it can get very dark, very early. When I asked an employee, he stated that they will be fixed sometime in the future. I feel that not only does this cause a security and safety issue, but makes it harder to load or unload stuff into or from my storage unit. I hope this matter is resolved quickly. I also think since the gate hours are til 9pm, there should be some type of lighting inside storage units as well. Otherwise everything else is good. Thank you

Was under the impression First month should have been $1 but with these fine prints its pretty misleading. Lady was nice who showed me around .

Although I like the facility I am currently at, I don't like the fact that they raised the price in less than 6 months. Also, if the elevators would give you more time to get your stuff on before starting to close the door. Since, you have to push the elevator call button first before you put in your pass code nearest the elevator which arrives it makes it difficult to put in the number and then get your items to the elevator and onto the elevator - you have to move very quickly and sometimes that is not possible when moving large items.
