I’m a new customer and I already feel really good about my decision to use A-American self storage on union Ave as my primary source of storage. A little story I can share is Friday morning I was moving some of my stuff in and I was approached by a gentleman by the name of Chris. He was aware I had a little unit and seeing as I was in the midst of playing real life Tetris and I think he knew I was in for more than I could chew as my couch alone would have taken up majority of my storage room. He asked if I was going to manage with the size storage I reserved and I felt it would be too small. He kindly showed me another storage unit that was amazing in size and offered me one of their amazing promotions. I’m greatly appreciative of this kind man’s dedication and support right away felt more than welcomed and from the man’s character I felt as though I’ve made a new friend and someone that puts my mind at ease when it comes to leaving my possessions behind. The manager at facility on union name Chris is heaven sent. Going through very hard time in my life. The manager just was amazing in resolving and accommodating my every need in regards me storing my personal things

Chris the manager of the place is a cool guy,he always will send you messages and let you know how much you owe and is always at the site,the guy probably needs a vacation,he's very dependable and dedicated to his job

Love the guy who runs the place. He's very professional and is very nice, Until he wasn't. We we were singled out told we couldn't get into the unit unless it was office hours (9am to 6pm). Our little 7lb. Chihuahua was suddenly not allowed on the property. Then we're were not allowed in our unit unless the manager was present and watching. This was all because "we left 2 minutes after 8pm" one night. They had it out for us. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
