I had a great experience with Public Storage. The facility was clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Access was convenient, pricing was fair, and I felt confident knowing my belongings were safe. I highly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for reliable and well-managed storage.

I’ve never rented a storage unit before. 3 things that surprised me: 1) I was able to secure a spot over the phone. I spoke to a very professional customer service associate (Shawn) over the phone. He was detailed and patient with all my questions. He got me all set up within 15 minutes. 2) As I was moving my stuff in the unit, a real life human (her name is Stephanie) greeted me to check in on how the move was going and if I had any questions. I didn’t but she gave me a phone # to call in case something came up. Stephanie’s impeccable level of customer service impressed me. 3) Cancelling was as easy as 1,2,3. I thought I would have to go through hell to get out, but nope. It was easy peasy. Stephanie called me to confirm and gave me all the instructions so I didn’t get charged any extra fees. Seriously, the professionalism and customer service I experienced with Public Storage was refreshing, and very much appreciated. Ok one more… I was able to open the gate with the app. What!!??? Yep, mind blown 🤯 All in all a 12/10 experience. If I ever need storage again, I’ll be back at this specific location.

Her name is Stephanie and I was able to speak with her at the location regarding getting a storage unit. The reviews were right, she did an excellent job and made it a great experience for me, answering all my questions and showing me the property and units. The whole process was a breeze. I love this Public Storage location - and especially the AWESOME service we get from Stephanie! We’ve been here for 4 years and have down-sized our space 3 times. She is friendly, fast, efficient and always serves up economical and location-convenient alternatives. Overall the location is clean and easy to access.
