I rented with the staff that was fine. I needed up never using the unit and never put a lock on the door. On 2/14 got a call that I was past due and met them know I never locked the unit. They said that would handle it then got an email saying I moved with a balance and if I do not pay I’ll be sent to collections. How do I get bill for a services not used and a storage unit not secured. Called their 800 number and was told I would get a resolution email next day.

Please do not waste your money running at public storage. It’s difficult to make payments unless you have a credit card, but this little lady is about ready to lose all her stuff because they will not take a cash payment from her. She’s been down to the location two days in a rowand all they want is a credit card payment so they could put somebody else’s credit card on file you will have problems making payments and they try to take your stuff.
