She actually listened instead of just making me feel like another customer being rushed through a transaction. Ty made a stressful situation feel manageable and treated me like a human being, not just an account. I’m giving Kevin five stars! I’ve been using this location for a few years but have never been helped like I was with Kevin. He went way above and beyond helping me over the phone with an extreme issue I had with my unit, I was in full panic and he was extremely understanding, stayed in contact with me to answer all my questions, helped me with everything I needed and was just purely compassionate. Kevin, THANK YOU! He deserves a raise ⭐️

Great location! I’ve been using this storage place for months and never had a single issue. The staff is always helpful, and I especially want to shout out Ty for the amazing customer service. She really made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
