The manager & the rest of the staff are very nice & helpful. The problem I have is that the monthly rent keeps going up, 3 times in one year. I believe it's because they know your most likely not going to move everything to a smaller unit or another storage company. So if the could fix that, I would rate them 5 atars. UPDATE 2/4/26: got a call from management and they changed the price of my storage, hopefully it stays that way, but like I said, I would rate them 5 stars. And if you have any problems, just speak to management 1st & they will work with you 👍 closes early, but the storages are clean and accessible.

I had such a great experience with this location. I was helped by Wilson he was very helpful,polite and patient. I've delt with a few storage companies in the past (not good experiences) Employees like Wilson are 5⭐️

Nan is amazing. The property is always clean and nice smelling. If not her then the guy on the weekend is always there to help. The app is great it really is like having a manager in your pocket. Definitely recommend Nan and the vanowen location
