I use the 5x10 and it's enough space for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment (if you don't have too much furniture). The storage unit is clean and stays cool. They have a dolly or 2 to help you transfer your items. The staff (at least the one woman I met) is very patient and kind. Entry and exit are one way (they have an arrow to lead you the right way).
