From the moment we walked in, she made the entire process of renting storage space feel simple, stress-free, and even kind of enjoyable (which is saying a lot during a hectic move). She anticipated what we needed before we even knew it, answered every question with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of—every step of the way. If we hadn’t had Amber's guidance, I genuinely don’t think we would’ve pulled this off. She made it possible. Her dedication shows not just in her care for people, but in the spotless, organized condition of the facility itself. Everything was clean, accessible, and clearly maintained with pride. The public storage on treat Boulevard is clean, well maintain and a secure place to be. Amber whom I’ve talked to on several occasions, is kind and helpful and always quick to assist. Whenever I see her, she is attending one of a number of aspects of the place and I can see how the facility is kept in such Tiptop shape. I am glad I got my store stuff here.
