Can’t recommend enough! I have never rented a unit before but due to life and unforeseen circumstances, that has become a temporary need. John was so very helpful, kind and empathetic and easy to talk to. I appreciate not only his assistance in getting the right unit for my needs, but his kindness and ability to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I understood the layout of the property, and use of my personal code that gains entry to the premises. I came into the office nervous to leave my most precious valuables in a foreign location but I left feeling confident it would be safe and taken care of. Will definitely recommend not only the company in general, but definitely this specific location. Thank you!
