There is a reason that so many reviews mention Crystal. I would not have rented the space there except specifically for her help. She is extremely knowledgeable about the units and knows the ins and outs of Public Storage’s business model. She has been helpful every time I’ve asked a question. You are lucky to have her! All that being said, I will not hesitate to vacate if what I am reading about huge price jumps occur.

I had a fantastic experience renting a storage unit at Public Storage off north Johnson. The facility is clean, gated, and was pretty easy to access. The employee there named Crystal was the highlight... she was really knowledgeable and helpful! We had quite a few questions and she had no issue answering and helping us. Glad and would g9 back again 10/10

I needed to rent a storage space for my brother who has had some medical issues crystal at the front desk was amazing. She made an anxious situation feel so much better. Thank you for everything. The facility is exactly what we needed! I look forward to renting here.

I moved in at the end of November, and I'm already receiving notice that they will be bumping up the rate on my unit by an extra 50% next month. The rates displayed are basically a bait and switch. Do not recommend Update: after my initial review, a district manager reached out to me to work out a way to keep my rate the same, which I do appreciate

One employee, I think her name is Courtney or Crystal, is a gem! She’s always polite, and very helpful & attentive. Even when she’s cleaning and working the desk simultaneously, she does her best to be there for customers and assist in any way. Hope they give her a raise for all she does!
