I love the prices, but I would have left my stuff in the storage longer, if it was complementary seal or at least had screens for the roaches and other animals. The entire ceiling was open and everything was climbing in from the next door storage and outside. I understand the humidity will damage anything inside the storage if it was completely sealed, but at least some kind of screen would help.

I like the facility, however it seems that the corporate headquarters have only the bottom line in their heads. The bait and switch comes to my mind, you are given a somewhat great deal to start, then look out a few months later the price increases starts. I had a problem with another facility and was advised to speak to the main office. Let me tell you I was so disgusted with the way that man spoke to me, I would not recommend this company to anyone. He was very unprofessional, and now I understand the reason why some of the lower level people act the way they do. It must be a bitch to work for for this company
