Facility is nice but they are horrible at instruting where your space is located. They should be required to provide a map of the space and/or location. The manager is nice but this should be mandatory otherwise no complaints. However looks like they are filling up new facility then going to jack the rates much higher. Time will tell.

I went to use the RV wash. It's gated and when I got there during normal business hours, I found the gate and the office closed with no one around. The attached photo is of the note that was posted on the door. I called the number and reached a VM that said I could leave a message and someone would call me back within 24 hours. There is noway to get in unless perhaps you are also a StaxUP customer since it's inside the storage unit complex. Perhaps things changed, but I've gone there and washed my RV without ever being a StacUp customer before.

The ladies at the front desk, Jessica and Elena, are not only accommodating but they're easy to talk to and approachable. They don't shun you off like most other places. I've been to a number of other storage facilities and not only is the staff here a breath of fresh air, but, the facility itself is one of the cleanest places I've been and the prices are very fair. Keep up the good work StaxUP!
