Yesterday, my roommates and I left at 6AM from downtown Los Angeles to drive to Irvine. The goal was simple: move everything from our old storage unit to this new one. We didn't anticipate that it would take us over seven hours to move all of our things from the old storage unit into the U-Haul. By the time we arrived at Public Storage, it was 5:30PM and about to close. At first, when we asked, we were told that unfortunately they couldn't unlock the gates because of policy. We completely understood, and knew that it might be necessary to rent the U-Haul overnight. Gabby, however, came as a saving grace. After telling her that it would take up another day and over $150 in travel and U-Haul expenses, as well as another early morning, she was generous enough to give us over an hour extra after closing, routinely checking in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly. All because of Gabby's generosity with her time, meticulosity to her work, and hospitality (a quality I didn't know was possible to associate to a Public Storage unit). Instead of having to drive back home immediately to sleep and wake up early in the morning the next day, we went to get dinner and ice cream (see attached photo) to end a day of hard work. Great customer service from gabby !! You have no idea how stressful it is to move it's time consuming overwhelming tiring ....gabby since moment she took our reservation she explain everything she listen to every detail. Her exceptional customer service is amazing. She was able to get our perfect storage unit the size we needed and the target price we were looking for. Once we completed our rental on our moving date she showed us around she brought us a dolly the moving went very smooth. Gabby we can't thank you enough for making this possible !!! Your company definitely have a great asset in the team !!

Fantastic service by Gabby in getting us set up in storage unit that fit all our furniture quite nicely. She was able to save us money on the unit by directing us to the web site to reserve. Friendly service and unit are clean, secure and never too crowded. You can always get a dolly and the location is easy to get to and never too crowded. Cannot say enough positive things about my experience there.
