Once again, this property continues to work out extremely well. Matt, the property manager, has worked with me to assist in providing the best possible spaces for the best possible price. I have to travel from Los Angeles, so it must be working out well for me! I closed out one storage unit that was no longer meeting my needs and added a smaller one that is both convenient and economical. The property has recently added hours so that it can accessed from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, which works out perfectly for my schedule! I have been a tenant for closer to twelve years, not the six years of my earlier estimate. When problems arise, Matt sees to it that I get a prompt response. Thank you!

I rented a 5x9 unit here from Sept '24 to Feb '26. Putting the pricing aside (since I know that's more of a corporate policy thing than a local store issue) I had a great experience. When I first moved in, the accessible hours were 6 AM to 6 PM, but they eventually extended them to 9 PM, which was a lifesaver for someone like me with a 9-to-6 job. Even with the crazy weather, all my stuff stayed in perfect shape. Also, I’m pretty sure Matthew, who helped me move out today, is the same guy who checked me in back in 2024. He’s super friendly and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. This was my first time using a storage unit, and these past 2 years and 5 months have been a breeze. Huge thanks to Matthew for all the help!
