Purchasing a storage unit was a very positive experience. Kat the customer rep was very helpful and made the entire process an easy and efficient one for me.

This was/is a reasonably simple process and easy to complete. However, the $1. First Month promotion is only on select units. After I booked my reservation for my desired unit the price actually went down for the same size at the same facility. Kind of unfair. Also, when I accepted the unit and completed the paperwork found that another unit of the same size and better suited to my needs was available, I could not switch to it even though I had not moved anything in yet. That was frustrating. Also, they require that you have insurance for your items in storage and did not inform me ahead of time.....so they of course offer insurance that they "contract" with.
