When I came in to tour this location; I appreciate the great service I received when touring. Octavio assisted me and my mom, by answering all of our questions, clearly explaining pricing, and showing us two units that would potentially fit us best, and helped me make a reservation to lock in the daily rate. although I did not lease the unit for various reasons; mainly I got bothered for a quick minute when my reservation got cancelled by management according to a text I received; at the end it all worked out because the unit was not climate controlled and I found a better rate with a local competitor. I still would recommend leasing here because of Octavio and his great customer service. I did like the cleanliness of the property, although the office smelled a bit like weed, I had to remember I was renting a unit on site not the office. lol

You guys are the best! I found the best storage place! It was a huge relief, Since I’m moving to an apartment I didn’t want to take everything from my garage to my small apartment so after many searches I was able to find the BEST of the best in Canoga! AAA Self-Storage is a great place to store your items/vehicle! Veronica assisted me throughout the entire process from beginning to end. She is extremely helpful and kind. Inside, their office is clean and organized! Has a great scent too! As for the storage unit, it’s a storage unit that looks to have been well-maintained and cleaned. Thank you AAA Self-Storage!
