Fabulous experience!

I needed self storage after leaving my apartment and my new place was delayed. I looked at several facilities and was so happy with everything at EZ Storage. I made a reservation online and was promptly called back by Veronica it was wonderful and very helpful. The staff helped make this stress-free. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier with my experience. Unfortunately there was a three day lapse between leaving my old home and my new home being available so this had to happen very quickly. The staff here were friendly and kind and so wonderful and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs soft storage.

We have been storing our belongings here for over 2 years. Very clean, very secure, very safe facility. MARIA IS THE BEST. She has gone above and beyond accommodating us over the years. The contract and pricing was very reasonable. When it was it was time to move my things, they were helpful and Maria actually sign the contract over a year ago and did the end of contract signing with me. She is amazing and so friendly.

Love EZ Storage. Very human policies. They want to keep happy customers rather than a high turn over. Unlike “corporate” self storage places. I am writing this review because I think it’s important to point out when companies treat employees well. It actually stands out as obvious to me when it feels like the employees are relaxed and happy and as a result (I think) they treat customers well. It makes sense if they feel supported and appreciated then treating customers well comes naturally. EZ storage is definitely a company with that culture. The “vibes” are great. But more importantly the prices are great, and they don’t auction your stuff. The DO Not do that show “storage wars” Love this place!

The staff is great. Always friendly and helpful. Specially Maria. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She was gracious enough to call and tell me I forgot my fishing rods outside of my unit and she stored them for me until I was able to pick up. To most it’s just a fishing pole, but to me, I’ve had that bad boy for 20+ years and has a very special meaning to me. Thank you Maria for saving the day

This place has great customer. Services but most of all MARIA who works in the office is such a ray of sunshine allways happy with a smile and cares about. The customers and never gives me a hard time with late payments GREAT CREW
