Look come check Teddy out over here at this location. Let me tell you from the time i stepped onto the property Teddy Had me Laughing and smiling. He gave me a tour of the property let me tell you. when the doors opened it smelled good omg it’s so hard to find a clean property even the elevator was clean so in my head I’m like something got to be wrong with the unit lol. Nope the unit was clean smelling good and was ready for me. I love the property manager personality persist and he made sure I was happy with the unit. I Give this Property 10stars and give Teddy 20stars this is the place to bring your items GO TEDDY!!!! Property is still the same as of 2026 Teddy your so wonderful and we love you as our property manager

I’ve had many storage units throughout my life, and Teddy is hands down the most professional, respectful, and helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. Any time there’s an issue, he’s there to help without hesitation. He’s the kind of employee every business should have handling customer service.

I was initially told that my rate would not increase. When I later received an email about an upcoming rate increase, I called right away and was told that although February couldn’t be adjusted, my rate would be corrected back to the original amount starting in March. Instead, I was just charged the increased rate again for March (10% increase). That directly contradicts what I was told. It has also been difficult to get in touch with someone to resolve the issue. The problem isn’t just the increase — it’s being told one thing and then seeing something completely different on my bill. That lack of follow-through and accountability is disappointing.

As a customer of this public storage location for three years now I really believe this is the best storage facility on the westside. Teddy the manager is the man and always goes out of his way to help customers with whatever is needed. Overall I’m very happy with this place and will continue to remain a customer.
