This storage facility is exceptionally well kept and very clean. My experience with Elizabeth was truly impeccable. She is approachable, easy to talk to, and extremely thorough. We toured the facility together, and she explained everything in great detail. Her customer service exceeded my expectations. Nowadays, it’s rare to come across people who genuinely love what they do and it’s clear that Elizabeth does. I left the facility feeling confident and fully informed, able to navigate everything on my own without needing additional assistance. Every question I had was answered clearly and precisely. I came to property today, and WOW it is so clean. Nothing like the storage facilities I seen today around the areas. I was helped by this wonderful lady named Elizabeth. Very helpful and kind. She explained everything I needed to know about renting a storage. As I was just browsing before I head back to Kansas. I just wanted to some sizing. Elizabeth was tons of help!!!

This is the worst storage facility. There is no electricity. They say it’s sensored. It’s pitch darkness. 6am in the morning absolutely no light in the building. Darkness They say the lights come on at 8am. Even so after 8 it’s still not on. Opens to customers 6am but no electricity to find your unit through the pitch dark building. The elevator is almost always out of service. Also an alarm ring off on the second floor for over a month now. Call for assistance multiple times to no avail. Way too expensive. Definitely not worth spending your money here. I only gave one star because there’s no other option. Do not recommend!
