Stellar customer service. I had an issue that I actually created but all members of the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to find and execute on solutions (yes plural, I created more problems for all of us). They were very patient and kind. From the first phone call with Ratana and then meeting with JaWanna (who spent the most time and energy navigating this with me). Both of them needed to contact their District Manager to get approval, but the approval process was quick. It’s clear that they have the support from their District Manager to support incredible service. Both Ratana and JaWanna also were proactive with their communication with me, both explaining when there would be someone physically around to support and suggested that I book an appointment as I wanted to see the storage unit in person, showcasing efficiency and valuing my time. All three of them really wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
