Debbie at the Sepulveda/Centinela location is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. When opening a new, 2nd unit at this location, she was able to answer each question I had instilling confidence that my stored items were in good hands. I remained at this location because it is secure, always clean, and once when I accidentally didn't lock my unit correctly, I received a call within the hour of my departure. I rest assured my belongings are well protected. In addition to Debbie, when I left a message regarding obtaining a 2nd unit, I received a timely callback from another associate who was able to schedule an appt to complete my application onsite which is when I met Debbie. With there being such questionable customer service these days, Public Storage is clearly making it a priority.

My experience at this location was really great considering the unfortunate events occurring with the elevators not working, the property staff manager Ms Debbie, made an impossible task some how possible by making my 3rd floor unit available and accessible with no elevator. 🛗 I was blown away by her tenacity and the way she expressed her apologies made me see that she was entirely empathetic towards our situation and it wasn’t just me she expressed her sincere apologies to 2 auctioneers and 2 other storage residents. I hope you see this review because you are the reason people dealing with hard times feel confident about placing valued items at public storage.

My experience was not good at all. The elevator nearest our storage unit was broken from the day after I paid for my unit until I moved out. There were never enough carts available. Never any actual assistance available. The best thing is that my items were not stolen and it was clean overall. Beyond that, everything was terrible.

This location is conveniently located for my needs. The site manager Deborah, “Debbie” is so nice and really goes out of her way to help you out. The area is very safe. I felt confident using their storage unit with my belongings.
