This location is great. I’ve had my unit for about 10 years and I’ve moved out of the area but maintain this space due to its central location in LA and the staff here has always been awesome. They always help me anyway they can. Current staff Steven and Ratana are friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and I feel secure. Haven’t had any issues. Even corporate office has helped me when I needed them to. I wouldn’t use any other company besides PUBLIC STORAGE. Thank-you!

Wonderful. It was overwhelming at first as I was n ot finding the right fit. However the staff was truly helpful. Deanne in particular from the West Hollywood location went over and beyond to listen to my needs and provide me with the space that was best suited for my company and my budget. She walked me though the check-in process and made it all so effortless. She played a huge part in our decision to stay with Public Storage.

Excellent experience here! Was my first time ever renting out a storage space and Steven made it not only convenient but also enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help, lifting my heavy suitcases which was essential to my life as a single female, and helping me to figure out how my gate code worked when i was confused. Would definitely rent here again, thank you!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Public Storage, especially thanks to Steven. I was in the middle of a very stressful move and feeling overwhelmed, and he truly stepped in and saved the day. Steven was patient, kind, and incredibly supportive when I needed it most. He took the time to listen, understood what I was dealing with, and found a solution immediately by helping me upgrade to a larger unit that actually fit my needs. That one change took a huge weight off my shoulders. Moving is never easy, but having someone who genuinely cares makes all the difference. Steven went above and beyond, and because of him, what could have been a nightmare turned into a smooth experience. Highly recommend this location and especially Steven if you want real help from someone who knows what they are doing and actually cares.
