I want to start off by saying they have great staff from my experience. Staff member Janet is very professional,courteous, and attentive. She's always asking if there's anything she can do to help to make my stay here at secure space better and easier. Also I would like to mention how great the prices are compared to other storage facilities. If you want to store your property in a clean place and have some sort of peace of mind of the safety of your property and not break your wallet? This would definitely be the place. I want to thank shekima the store manager at SecureSpace Self Storage on Essex St for making it a great experience on renting a storage unit and for going above and beyond to assisting me in being able to get a unit and making me feel very welcomed and comfortable there. Shekima is an absolute amazing manager who makes her customers feel at home and really cares about her customers. She not only cares, she goes out of her way to make sure that her customers leave the place with a unit and keys in their hands and ready to move in. Shekima the store manager has demonstrated that it’s not only about renting the units to customers and receiving payments but she genuinely shows that her customers should receive an outstanding experience as well as understanding them because every customer has different needs and she makes sure that she can accommodate anyone to the best of her abilities. Shekima should be recognized for her efforts and dedication to assisting customers and making them feel satisfied because she is truly bettering and improving the company. Lastly, Shekima has such a great attitude and is very professional that really shows what kind of a good person she is.

Shamika Store Manager at the Downtown L.A. location is awesome. She took care of me and it was a great experience. I watched her juggle multiple clients without anyone feeling like they were being ignored. She's truly a professional.

Sandy did an awesome job if wasn’t for her I probably would have had a panic attack. She was so helpful and made sure that she stayed in contact with me until she resolved my issue. I truly feel like my stuff is completely safe thanks to her.

I called in to inquire about one of their units and I spoke to Robin. Robin was/is VERY knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and just had a warmth in her voice. She helped me get setup for a unit and answered all of my questions quickly, yet efficiently. Robin provided excellent customer service and I just wanted to acknowledge her skills and just her as an individual. If you ever see this, thank you Robin. I’m looking forward to storing my belongings at this location.
