I was taken advantage of in a very bad way…Daniel greeted me this morning with saying my contract was terminated! We haven’t even moved in yet!!! Yesterday it was pouring and we called the storage several times to let them know we are almost there. We arrived 5 minutes late but there was supposed to be someone in the office till 7 pm. We tried knocking on the front door at 6:35 but nobody answered. The man door was open so we tried to find help! This morning, the next day I walked in with two new helpers and he says , Your contract had been terminated because you trespassed last night. What??? Seriously!!so I was forced by him to leave the establishment and said there is nothing I can do, so leave now! This is the disgraceful to talk to an elderly woman and then threatening me to leave without a refund for never using this storage facility ever!! I will warn you not to do business here as they are not honest or kind really! Disgusting way to treat an innocent person!

Easy access to get in & out. Dakota helped me & showed me the storage unit before I paid & I got a deal for half off a 10 × 5 if automatic payment. It's simple to drive up, put code in, open the door to the climate controlled area & lift the door. Simple & the unit is big enough. It looks small, but you'd surprised how much one can fit inside the unit. It's open at 6am & closes at 7pm.
