** DO NOT RENT HERE ** This place is a scam. They raised the price by $100 a month after I began renting from them. Someone tried to break into the storage unit and when it was reported, management tried to say that I had damaged the door - I am barely strong enough to lift the door, let alone be able to rip the door off the hinges! So happy to be done with this place.

I was having trouble completing my rental online so I went to the office and Sofia helped me in person and it was so much easier then hastling online! The public storage is in a great area and the staff are friendly definitely recommend getting a unit at this facility! Thanks again Sofia 😊

I had rented for > 1 yr b/w 2023 and 2024 . And used to visit 2-3 times per month. Had bad experiences at this location. Either there is no manager on site or I can’t just get a hold of them for my questions or help needed. But, went back here after 1 year for a new rental. Nasira is the new manager here I think and she was helpful. By far, the best experience here so far, she helped me open and close My unit (like it my first time). Happy with her so far and hoping to have similar times in future.

Best experience so far! RJ (Ronald) is GOLD! He's addressing multiple ongoing issues, that were not paddressed, since December. Proactive! Need him at this location more often. The employees I spoke with, in December and January, did not communicate any resolve. Unit and timer have been broken since move in. Before renting, units should be in working order. With one phone call, RJ was proactive to address my concerns. Results pending. I appreciate the customer service!
