Laura is very courteous and professional. Always explaining and making sure I understand the rules and police. But refused to give m access to my unit on the account that I was late on my rent. Although she had maintenance fix my door unit 15 minutes after I told her it was damage....i really appreciated it.

Nearly perfect!
We have loved our experience with Public Storage so far! I'm a firm believer that there is always room for improvement, however, so I rarely give anything 5 stars. The facility we are renting from could be improved with clearer directions to units, and figuring out a way to keep the bathroom open past office hours. (I completely understand that the second suggestion is probably not realistic, but it would definitely be a huge plus!) Thanks for being awesome!

Laura the property manager is awesome
The best part of my experience with the public storage on Parthenia in Reseda was Laura the property manager who was super nice super accommodating and went out of her way to help. Now for public Storage themselves I think their prices are a little high and confusing the way they do their monthly prorating deposits they charge an arm and a leg are there locks which are the only locks you can use on your unit pretty much. They should also make there's storage doors in the large units wider.
