Public Storage - Pasadena - 150 N Halstead Street

I feel insecure when having to get out of my car to open the gate at 6 am. Even worst, it takes about 2 mins of my time. A bit of an inconvenience for me. Also, the hours of operation are decent but can be better. Some early birds wake up at 4 Am. Company should allow customers better, safe, more efficient access to there storage units. I recommend contacting Jorge Farfan at Electric Gate Store in the San Fernando Valley for a great discount on all your access controls. Let him know Christopher Rivas sent you, I'm sure he can work out a great deal for amazing quality products at an affordable price that would benefit your needs. Your front gate Access Keypad sucks!, you cant even see the numbers at night or early in the morning. Plus I listen to my headphones in the morning and I can't hear if I am punching the right numbers in or not. Not a big deal, but can definitely use improvements. Recommend putting a lamp or light to shine directly at the keypad. The best companies, are those who care about quality. Best Regards, Chris

Went to this Public Storage after going to many other places around town and the reason I chose this one was because of the person who works there. I think her name is Laurie. She was so attentive to what needs I had for a storage unit and that the location was well patrolled and safe. My belongings would be safe I'm sure. She really knows what she is doing and a great asset to the company. I will recommend this Public Storage to all my friends and family.
