This was my first experience needing storage. The area is generally kept pretty clean and even has restrooms. It is easy access, close to food and freeways. The staff is ultra professional and friendly. They even have carts to help transport your items from the car to the units. And this is temperature controlled...I left some dry stable food and a plant in the unit while moving living spaces for a week. Everything was still cool and dry! Highly recommended. Awesome experience at the California Drive in Pittsburg. Manager and staff are awesome giving heartfelt customer service. Thank you PS team!!!

Utonia is a asset to public storage company a great provider for information that public storage provides under their guidelines she's very helpful and friendly she worked at a different location that I obtained a unit before but once I knew she was at this location I came right over great customer service

Utonia is theeee best! Her customer service is excellent and she always lay out all the options. Im going through a rough time and PS was able to accommodate me. 10 out of 10.

The lady who helped me was very nice very efficient did not keep me waiting forever and was able to walk me through all the paperwork and stuff rather quickly. I was dreading coming into rent a space thinking I was gonna end up there for a long time. But the lake, the worker was very nice and helpful.
