I rented here about a month ago and really can’t say anything bad :) The front desk ladies Anita and Jordyn have been amazing and easy to work with. They both went out of their way to help me find the best size and then explain the special rates and promotion to me. I have rented before at places like public storage, and extra space and they have lied to my face about the rates and said that I would never receive increases, which I know is a lie. Jordyn went over what my rate would be right after the special ended and helped me find the best prices. Anita showed me the units and they were clean! It’s clear the two of them take pride in keeping an organized spot! Rent here if you can!! Best prices around and BEST employees, 10/10 recommend

We rented a 10x10 storage unit at $178 per month. While the gate hours are pretty standard, there is no 24-hr access, and there is a slightly extended window for businesses. The units are old, and our unit's door needed to be repaired. It was difficult to open and required us to stand on it to close. Although this wasn't a big problem for us personally, I can see how it could be a major problem for other customers. Considering the condition of the facility, it felt overpriced. The infrastructure is outdated, the safety equipment measures are not modern, and maintenance did nothing. After several months of renting, my wife and I went to get our ski gear during heavy rain. We were both soaked due to a clogged gutter, and leakage. We reported this issue to the office and were told it would be addressed, but it never was. We consistently paid our rent on time and never experienced a lockout, so I cannot comment on how those situations are handled. Recently, a new facility opened across the street, offering a unit for ~$70 less than what we were paying at Sentry. When Sentry contacted me regarding my decision to vacate, I was asked if I would stay if the price was matched. I said yes. I received an email stating that the initial price I was given was a move-in special, and the best offer Sentry could provide was $151 per month. I declined and did not receive a follow-up email. Nothing pisses me off more than a lack of communication and care from management. A simple email acknowledging my departure, expressing regret at not being able to meet my needs, and reiterating their offer would have been appreciated. While the new company's standard rate is still less than Sentry, their overall appeal is significantly greater due to the new facility. Although I am not involved in commercial real estate, it seems to me that a monthly rate closer to $100 would make Sentry more competitively priced. The only positive aspect preventing a 1-star rating is the absence of homelessness or the long-term parking of dilapidated equipment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Exceptional Service from Jordyn & Anita! I had such a great experience thanks to Jordyn and Anita. You can tell right away that they take pride in their work. Storage places can be hit or miss, but these two make this location stand out. Jordyn walked me through the unit options, explained the prices clearly, and made sure I understood everything before signing. She’s knowledgeable, organized, and really easy to work with. Anita was just as outstanding — friendly, patient, and super helpful. She went out of her way to make sure my gate code worked, helped me check the unit, and made sure I felt comfortable with the property layout and rules. Both of them made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find staff who are this professional and genuinely care about customers. If you need storage, go see Jordyn and Anita. They’re the reason I picked this location and why I’m confident my belongings are in good hands.

I rented a unit here and had such a great experience. Jordyn was amazing, so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole process super easy and explained everything clearly. You can tell she really cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Anita was great too and helped make everything smooth. The place is really clean and easy to access. Definitely recommend renting here, and if you can, ask for Jordyn!

They have the BEST customer service. The two ladies at the front desk made me so happy we chose this place. I cannot recommend them enough. Their hours of operation are also super convenient.
