I’ve been with this location for a year now and it’s been a very good experience. A special 5+ star shoutout to my guy in the office, Christian, who got me started and who I always see either in the office or doing his rounds to keep the location clean. Every interaction i’ve had with him or was a witness to, he’s been helpful, energetic and problem solving. Additionally, Public Storage has some good 1st year deals on units!

I have rented many storage units in the area of Rancho Cucamonga, I always need a place to store my overflow of Business products. And this place is hands down the number one best rental public storage location in all of Rancho Cucamonga. Christian is the best at customer service and what he does. I've seen him on hot days outside power washing and cleaning the units and raking leaves during the fall. VERY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD PICK A PLACE TO RENT FOREVER IT WOULD ACTUALLY BE HERE. A GREAT LOCATION, GREAT CLEAN STORAGE PROPERTY, VERY PROFESSIONAL. PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO RENT A STORAGE COME HERE, I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT OVER EVERY OTHER STORAGE LOCATION IN THIS AREA.
