Employees make the difference

Heather was wonderful. I was making all the arrangement from out of state. I didn't know what I would need. She kept communication and gave me options, she called to check on me and how things were going, and when I met her, she was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. It was alot to move a household in one day. I was glad that I chose this storage because I had called a few others before I talked to Heather. She was understanding and helpful and that is what I needed.

The service was awesome!

They make booking easy and can accommodate you if you need to reschedule. The facility is extremely clean the units are nice. To top it off the staff is great!

Terrific experience with Christina and Stephanie! Very professional, courteous, persistence, knowledgeable with their products, and customer service level they set the bar! These ladies went out of their way to look for a specific unit and went above and beyond to look for the best price for me and succeeded!! Outstanding Service from Lauren at Public Storage – Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren at the Public Storage location in Rancho Cucamonga (Hermosa) and I have to say, she made my experience absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, Lauren was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I understood all of my options for storage units. Her customer service is second to none—she made the entire process smooth and easy, and she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was also very patient and attentive to my needs. If you’re looking for a storage solution in Rancho Cucamonga, I highly recommend this location. And if you’re lucky enough to work with Lauren, you’re in great hands! Thank you again, Lauren, for making my experience so pleasant!

Lauren is an outstanding service representative. She is friendly, kind and helpful without being insincere. She is very hands on and her attention to details show in her workplace. She was concerned with the cleanliness of the unit, which I thought was spotless and went to get me a cart to make unloading my car easier. She made me feel at ease with the entire process.
