The highest marks for customer service, kindness, patience, & professionalism for the two employees I worked with today. At two locations, these two (Allissa and Ben) were exceptional representatives for Public Storage. Allissa at Rancho Mirage store ultimately had the best unit option for me, after Ben at Palm Desert store had answered my many questions & shown me the available units there, but I needed something a bit different, so he called Allissa to expect me at RM. Allissa was so patient & kind as she explained everything very well, & showed me the unit that is perfect for my needs. Please commend these two awesome employees!

Absolute worst storage facility in the desert. After 4 months they will raise your rent by $100. When you try to move out, they will continue to try to collect from you even though your storage locker is completely cleared out ready for them to rent to another person. Stay away from this facility. There are so many others in the desert that are more ethical than this company and facility.
