My experience here was pretty good. The storage location was always clean and looked after. I never had an issue with my unit. The employees were always friendly and approachable. They answered my questions and helped me when needed. I moved out because we no longer needed the storage unit and because it was getting a little pricey. But overall, it was a good experience.

The property manager "Neicy" is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not sure how she achieved manager status with her customer service skills. We were so close to unloading and she kicked us out. She couldn't spare 5 minutes. She claimed the gate was "broken" and she couldn't go over the 5pm limit. Its unfortunate some people lack empathy and kindness.

The outside restroom for customers has been "out of service" for 13 months in a row. The restroom in the office is not for customers. There is no restroom on site for customers. Being in the construction business it is obvious they simply do not want to clean the public restroom.
