This is, by far, the best storage facility I have ever used. Wonderful staff--shout out to Stephanie for her support and excellent service! Clean and convenient plus customer friendly--I can use my own lock! To top it off, I have had employees remember me from ten years ago--Thanks Nester.

My experience with the Point Richmond Self Storage has been excellent compared to my previous storage provider. Stephanie, Kevin, and Chara have been very helpful on multiple occasions and have gone above and beyond to prioritize me as a long term tenant instead of a short term opportunity. The 5 units I have rented have all been very well maintained, with roll up doors, lighting, and no obstructions. I have not heard about any break ins during my 2 yrs with PRSS. Ps they have great intro rates!

He immediately understood what I needed in terms of unit size and handled my application quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The facility is neat, clean, and very well-maintained. I feel completely safe and secure storing my items here. The pricing is reasonable and offers great value. The staff overall are helpful, friendly, and truly professional. Highly Recommended ..!!

What a terrible place to store stuff ! I met my friend to pick up my collectibles she was storing at PRS came a bit early am Handi capped needed to use restroom and the front desk who was very rude said only for patrons! I explained waiting for patron picking up stuff she said NO too bad! Wow! But that’s not all when friend came her storage was well not secure ripped half open! Asked for help from same person this was 07/29/2023 morning She said NO ONE CAN HELP! Come back weekdays! What’s the use of self storage access if no access esp on weekends! This place is Mickey Mouse and has no disabled person accommodations! Staff needs training or more!lp
