Got lease terminated for smoking inside, at first said it was a warning, then said boss decided to remove, at least get the reason straight, no money return, restroom is always locked, need to ask for key everytime , not friendly after you paid the rent ,can’t stay too long when others spending two whole days making shelter organizing their stuff and you go through stuff they said you can only store or pick your stuff and can’t do nothing else , treated people differently. Uncomfortable communication

Great storage facility. We have a drive up unit that is perfect for our needs. The location is tucked away (was a little confusing to find the entrance as it is at the end of a residential street) and clean and well kept, good prices. Alex in the office has been awesome, super friendly and helpful, great guy!

PSA has some good deals and it was a easy process to rent the storage space. The clerk was very helpful and informative.

Facility was fairly clean and in a quiet residential location. It felt secure knowing there are actual people living near facility instead of the industrial location of most storage places. I also like the fact they have restrooms and trash bins on site for use. Alex, the site manager, was very helpful and thorough. He made the check in process easy. Pricing was competitive and they allowed me to use my existing property insurance.
