Helpful and efficient staff, Melinda and Chandra work very well together. From being knowledgeable over the phone to ensuring I was able to sign a contract and move in immediately these ladies definitely provide the type of common sense customer service that is hard to find, I still have a few weeks paid at my current very unhelpful storage unit down the road and was originally calling around comparing options yet found myself so happy with there responses to my many questions I immediately signed up.

Staff was very helpful processing my unit and answering any questions i had I have a unit that is in the back however that is very dark without any lights down the row I am a older female who works in the evening but off on weekends I feel it would be safer for me and anyone else witj a unit back there if some lights were up in the back also since there are none in the units itself Thank you cube for providing a place for all our storage needs Patricia G73
