The only thing I did'nt like was the obvious attempt to squeeze a little more out of you with the insurance requirement. I was given the 50 cent tour of the facility, issued my code to the gate, went and tried it, walked around, viewed my locker and upon going back to the office to finalize the rental agreement, I was then informed that it was mandatory to have insurance. Not just any insurance, but their insurance. At a cost of $11 more per month. Of course after spending 30 minutes getting the tour, who is going to say no. My stuff isnt worth $3000 of insurance! Just be up front with the fact. Why hide it to the last minute? The ad should say $45 11 a month. Its shady business practices to bilk you. You can bet I will claim every bit of my $3000 worth of insurance should the place go up in flames!

Renting my storage unit at Public Storage was convenient as I was able to set up online an appointment for the next day. I was pleasantly greeted and guided thru registering and received a lock. I used the promotion offered online. I am happy to have my belongings safely stored now. Thank you Republic Storage and thank you Chris for helping me at the counter. Best
