We recently just moved from Riverside to San Diego and finding a storage Company is a little stressful for us. I am very delighted to have come across this location - Megan from the front was what made me sign up. Because of her exceptional customer service assistance, I prepaid for several months. Megan was very pleasant to speak with, she's very kind and understanding. I highly recommend this place, very clean and well secured. Google only give 5 stars - I would put 10 if I can.

Love it. Love it Customer service skills with excellent the friendliness the hospitality, cleanliness everything with our Plus in my book. the young lady forgot her name, who helped me, she's is a beautiful person and she's so much helpful. I like the place. I like the security. I like everything about it. Especially the prices and deals. I'm comfortable where I'm at. I'm going to get a bigger size I'm going to stay with these people and recommend them to whoever I can. thank you guys so much for helping me and dealing with me. You get and got my vote.. Very clean and fresh storage unit suitable for almost all needs. They have a very friendly and helpful staff, especially grateful to Megan she came in mins early to help me complete a unit transfer as I had a train to catch. Overall a smooth experience. Definitely recommend them!

Great storage facility, what an upgrade from my past experiences! From starting the process online, I was able to smoothly transition to the actual unit itself. Megan and Josh man the phones - ready to answer your questions. Once we arrived, Megan was there to guide us through the process. She's very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped us talk through our options, explore multiple layouts (10x10, 10x5, 5x10, etc), and answer questions about other services Public Storage offers, which gave us the confidence that we went with the option that best fits our needs. Perhaps most importantly, the facility is excellent. There is a large, well-maintained parking lot in front of the storage facility. Getting into the facility itself requires you to enter a code at every step of the process. It's kind of a pain but also makes the facility feel more secure. Walking through the facility, it feels new and well-maintained. Our unit was spotless and ready for us when we arrived. I think one of the most important thing we look for from a storage facility is trust that, when we come back to our stuff several months from now, that everything is exactly the way we left it, and I do believe that will be the case here.
